Pentru ca pot ...&lt;br /&gt;O intrebare pe masura si raspunsul ei asociat.&lt;br /&gt;Intre  site-uri/bloguri se practica schimbul reciproc de link-uri, cu sau fara  bannerul de rigoare, in scopul promovarii reciproce. Avantajul este  reciproc. Atata timp cat link-urile sunt active la toti partenerii  participanti. Ce se intampla cand unul din ei renunta la aceste  link-uri/bannere si nu isi anunta partenerii ? Inseamna ca cineva face  reclama GRATUITA altcuiva. Adica cineva este smecher si cineva este  considerat ... altfel.&lt;br /&gt;Vi se pare corect ? margin-bottom: 4px;"&gt;  Mod de preparare: &lt;/h3&gt;Untul si zaharul brun se pun impreuna intr-o  cratita, pe foc mic. Se lasa pe foc, amestecand mereu, pana se topeste  zaharul iar amestecul este omogen. Se adauga smantana si sarea. Se  acopera cratita cu un capac si se lasa sa fiarba amestecul pentru 4  minute. Adaugam smantana si sarea , omogenizam pina obtinem   o coca potrivit de moale.&lt;br /&gt;Impartim coca in 4 , intindem foile si le coacem pe rand in tava.&lt;br /&gt;Preparam crema punand la fiert 1 l lapte.&lt;br /&gt;Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.&lt;br /&gt;Albusurile le batem spuma cu un prag de sare, apoi adaugam 125 g zahar si batem bine pina se intaresc din nou.&lt;br /&gt;Galbenusurile le batem bine cu 125 g zahar pina se fac spuma. Adaugam zaharul vanilat, faina si laptele rece(700 ml)treptat.&lt;br /&gt;Cand laptele fierbe, adaugam compozitia cu galbenusurile si amestecam   repede-repede, imvartind continuu.se lucreaza foarte rapid.&lt;br /&gt;Inmuiem gelatina in 150 ml apa.&lt;br /&gt;Adaugam 1/2 din albusuri in compozitia fierbinte, dupa ce am stins focul   si cu miscari line incorporam toate albusurile.Adaugam apoi si  cealalta  1/2 de albusuri amestecand lin pina le incorporam si pe  acestea. &lt;br /&gt;Adaugam gelatina inmuiata si omogenizam pina se dizolva toata gelatina.&lt;br /&gt;Aveti grija ca daca doriti sa iasa bine crema trebuie sa va miscati foarte repede si sa aveti toate la indemana.&lt;br /&gt;Punem 1/2 crema intre doua foi , apoi cealalta 1/2 intre celelalte doua foi si dam cremesul la rece.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce s-a racit il pudram deasupra cu zahar praf.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Legumele se pun intr-o tigaie/wok si se trag in unt cateva minute. Se scot cu o spumiera. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;b&gt; Friptura de vitel&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carnea se spala si se curata de pielite. Se portioneaza si se pune intr-un vas rezistent la cuptor. Vasul se acopera cu o folie de aluminiu.&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un castron se amesteca celelalte ingrediente, in afara de vin. Se adauga o cana de apa si se pun la foc mic. Se amesteca din cand in cand sa nu se prinda. Dupa ce da in 2 - 3 clocote se toarna peste carne. Se verifica carnea din cand in cand cu o furculita. Se mai completeaza cu apa calda, daca este cazul. Se adauga vinul si se mai lasa la cuptor 15 - 20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Montaj&lt;/b&gt;: Se pun feliile de carne, peste un pat de legume. Alaturi se pune cartoful copt, taiat in doua. Deasupra se toarna putin sos. Doar ouale se adauga unul cate unul, pana se obtine consistenta dorita pentru compozitie. Se intinde pe masa de lucru o bucata de hartie de copt, unsa cu putin ulei. Se toarna compozitia si apoi se ruleaza impreuna cu hartia, ca sa obtineti forma unui salam. Se leaga capetele "salamului" si se da la frigider 3 - 4 ore. Se poate pune si in congelator ( 15 20 minute) cat sa se intareasca putin.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se scoate din frigider. Se indeparteaza hartia, iar compozitia obtinuta se taie felii cam de 1 - 1,5 centimetri grosime. Se aseaza pe gratarul incins si se rumenesc pe ambele parti. Carne de pasare s-au de porc 500~700 gr , se fierbe aparte supa la o cratita de 5 litri se ea spuma&lt;br /&gt;150 gr fasole se pun sa se umfle peste noapte in apa si se fierb pina cind sint aproape gata apoi se adauga la bulionul de carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Adaugati condimentele&lt;br /&gt;Dafin , piper, boia , busuioc , cimbru , sare dupa gust se adauga la supa dupa ce luati spuma de pe carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. 3 cepe se taie si se rumenesc un pic intr-un  ceaun aparte .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. 1 morcov mare dat prin razatoare mascata / 1kg sfecla dulce cu 1 radacina de patrunjel date prin razatoare , 3 cartofi potriviti taiati cuburi toate se adauga la ceapa pe rand si se innabusa cu capac la foc potrivit pana lasa suc, dupa ce ati innabusit bine legumele in ceaun. Le adaugati in bulionul de carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. 1 legatura de patrunjel /1 legatura cozi de sfecla /2 crengute de leustean  se taie si se adauga la sfarsit in bors pentru 2 minute sa fiarba ,apoi se stinge focul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Dupa aceasta facem sosul din usturoiul pisat&lt;br /&gt;Apa+otet+ulei+2 picaturi de miere+patrunjel taiat marunt si stropim dovleceii cu aceasta compozitie . Se framinta f .f . bine 20 de minute . In timp ce framinti , adaugi ca la maioneza uleiul .&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp se curata si se fierb cartofii si se caleste varzataiata marunt( dupa ce a fost tinuta in apa la desarat).&lt;br /&gt;Aluatul se rastoarna pe masa pe care am pus putina faina . Se portioneaza in bucati cit un mar si se lasa sa se odihneasca 15 minute .Se unge cite o foaie cu ulei , apoi se intinde cit de subtire se poate cu mina .&lt;br /&gt;Pe o margine a foi intinse subtire se pune un rind de cartofi ,varza calita sau brinza razuita, apoi se ruleaza foaia si se stringe in forma de spirala (rotund).&lt;br /&gt;Se intinde putin cu facaletul, pina se face de dimensiunea tigaii in care le coacem.Se coc pe ambele parti pina se rumenesc frumos. Se începe frământatul, turnând câte un pic din  apa călduţă cu sare. Trebuie să iasă un aluat ca de pâine. Se lasă 20  minute la crescut, acoperind vasul în care am frământat cu un şervet, la  loc cald.&lt;br /&gt;Când coca a crescut suficient, se pue ulei într-o  tigaie, se lasă să se încingă bine. Din aluat se rupe o bucată de cocă,  se modelează cu mâna o scovergă de mărimea tigăii groasă cam de 1/2 cm  şi se pun la copt. In timpul coacerii se înţeapă scoverga în centru ca  să nu se umfle. Se coace pe ambele părţi. Între timp, se modelează o  altă scovergă. Se procedează la fel până terminăm toată coca.&lt;br /&gt;Se  servesc calde la micul dejun sau la cină în timpul postului. Continui sa framinti bine-bine, sa se faca bule de aer. Lasi la dospit cam 1/2 ora. Pe o plansa de lemn, sau pe ce faci tu aluatul, presari faina si coca o intinzi cam de 1,5 cm grosime. Cu o forma, data prin faina , tai gogosi si ii pui pe masa la dospit inca vreo 20 min. Uleiul il incingi intr-o cratita si coci gogosi pe ambele parti. Dupa ce da in cateva clocote, arunc apa colorata, o spal din nou si o pun la fiert tot cu apa rece. Intre timp separat, fierb carnea. Procedez asa sa fiu sigura ca la terminarea ciorbei fierte si fasolea si carnea.
